Actorbatics is a physical training process for achieving a precision and proficiency of balance, movement, physical expression, dexterity, improved communication skills and creative thinking. It is also a lot of fun, as it includes learning techniques of mime, masks, circus arts, creative movement and story telling. Each workshop is tailored to the needs of the group, choosing from a variety of exercises and skills.
